Compliance comes first

  • Saskatchewan recruiter licence: anyone who recruits foreign workers for Saskatchewan employers must hold their own Foreign Worker Recruiter licence. Licences are personal and cannot be shared or transferred, and licensees are responsible for their employees, partners and agents.
  • Immigration advice: only licensed consultants (RCICs), lawyers and other authorized representatives may be paid for Canadian immigration advice.
  • Franchise laws: several provinces require a franchise disclosure document before signing. We will provide one where the law requires it.
  • Privacy: partners must protect personal information under PIPEDA and the privacy laws of their own country.

How to become a partner

  1. Send us the enquiry form below.
  2. Introductory call with our Regina team.
  3. Due diligence: licences, references and business checks.
  4. Partnership or franchise agreement, reviewed by your own lawyer.
  5. Training and launch.
